Our Delivery Information

The following relates to UK mainland delivery only. Please contact us if you wish to ship outside of the UK.


We will deliver the Goods to you within a reasonable time following the date on which we notify you that your Order has been accepted.


Unless we agree otherwise with you, we will not dispatch any Goods until we have received payment in cleared funds for the full amount of your Order.


Delivery of the Order shall be completed when we deliver the Goods to you.


We will take reasonable steps to meet any delivery date set out on the Order Confirmation or as otherwise agreed between us in writing. However, occasionally delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control and so cannot be guaranteed. We will let you know if we become aware of an unexpected delay and will arrange a new delivery date with you.


If you fail to take delivery of an Order when we try to deliver the Goods, we shall have no liability to you for late delivery.


Where we are unable to make a delivery due to your fault, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery and we will charge you a reasonable sum to cover additional delivery costs.


If we are not able to deliver the whole of the Order in one go due to operational reasons or shortage of stock, we will deliver the order in instalments. We will not charge you extra delivery costs for this. If you ask us to deliver the Order in instalments, we may charge you extra delivery costs, and each instalment shall constitute a separate contract. If we are late delivering an instalment or one instalment is faulty, that will not entitle you to cancel any other instalment.


Goods containing alcohol must be signed for by a person over the age of 18.


You shall inspect the Goods upon delivery and must inform us in writing within 3 days of the date of delivery of the Goods if they are damaged or do not comply with your Order.  If you fail to inform us of any damage or non-compliance within 3 days you will deemed to have accepted the Order.
